390 is cutting out, the EFI light isnt coming on with the start button and no fuel pump prime up, new fuel pump. Does anyone have a 2011 wiring diagram for a 390, 450 or 570 or has anyone had similar problems?

Was thinking either wiring harness or start button

cheers

Check all connections as your doing that use Dielectric Grease on the connections (helps in the wet) also any possible chafing (bear wires) does it do it at all RPM's ?

check the main fuse and check the kill switch may be faulty.
also try and rule out a faulty battery.
check fuel pump relay.
then go on to the harness. check that the earth is good, and if you can find the neutral splice, make sure it hasn't corroded. In which case you will have a bad earth.

hope you find the problem

Subbed for info. My '11 570 cuts out after riding for an hour or so. Always for 1-5 seconds. Only once the bike slowed to a stop. I had found a loose connection on the main relay off the battery but hasn't solved the problem. I haven't made time to dig into it.

I have had lots of experience with motorcycle EFI issues in Cannondales that were related to grounds, relays and bad kill switches. For fixing the grounds I used star washers everywhere I connected to the frame or battery (also for the plus connection). There were also relays that could get damaged and fail if they rattled around - made sure they were secure with tie wraps. Last was unpredictable engine coughing or dying that happened from a kill switch that would sometimes randomly close without being touched - replaced with another brand of switch. Once corrected all problems went away and EFI reliability was very good.
