The mechanic who is working on it said that these information is no more available from ktm. But would be good to know if those valves and shims are factory ones or not.
I rode a factory untouched fs 570 and than I rode mine and the difference was big. With the factory was easy to stay on the line feeled stable ans simply it was on the ground worked smooth.
Mine is quite the opposite feels stiff bitty lumpy not smooth shakey and hard to put the front where you want... so sg is wrong and I'd like to go back to the factory state. My mistake was the front wheel alignement which after tyre change had been put back unproparly. But my friends front wheel was put in in the same way...:banghead:
I bought the bike like this and I dont know what happened with the suspension by the previous owner.

Now the suspension is near to assembly.
Thanks for any information

Hello Husa. You want to research and contact W.E.R. Works Enduro Rider. One Drew Smith, ex many time champion, is now running a suspension and tuning shop that easily handles Husaberg issues. They discuss with you, then measure every part of your shock and forks, followed by changes to suit. Huge know how there.
Ummm, does Bergland mean you are in Sweden? Tricky, as Drew`s shop is Eastern USA. I bet some locals where you are can do about the same though.
Good luck, L

Does sb know the elevation of the spring in the fork? Or is there a link of a 2010 FS 570 service manual? I didn't find it yet..

Thanks

Make sure the air is bled from the fork legs, when I bought mine they were both super pumped which made it horribly stiff and bouncy. Bled them -> nice and plush.

Edit: KTM 450EXC 2014 has the same exact forks as 570 FE so perhaps the FS fork is to be found on a KTM 450 SM? 2014 450 SMR looks suspiciosly close.
