So... small world, small community. For the next "flaking" buyer--

Full disclosure of the bikes would be appreciated. Wasted 4 hrs. of my time, so here is the true story - my version.

First - Teem Motorsports, awesome owner. Went up and beyond to try to sell the bikes on consignment.

I was after the white bike - drove 2 hrs, 1 way. Bike is clean. Rear tire is chewed pretty nasty from chain. Took for a quick spin. 3 min in to ride, bike is dumping anti-freeze. Also no dash display and FI light was blinking at start up. Go back, Teem flushes antifreeze and replaces radiator cap from the black bike. Investigate why dash does not light up - no magnet in front rotor. Taking a gamble on mileage. FI light - no clue. I google, may be as simple as a TPS sensor adjustment, but does not have stock Throttle body. Owner claims it is fine, although it flamed out twice at cold start.

Big issue with the white bike - owner never put the bike in his name. So basically, no title. Owner texted me yesterday of title to the bike dated 10/31/18. So... for sale 8/12/18, actually has title in his name 10/31/18. He says ~2800 miles, title as of 10/31/18 says miles 2205. Even with the above, I did put a deposit on the bike with a promise of the title within a week. I retracted deposit after 2 weeks as I was ghosted. Turns out if I would have just been patient for ~6 weeks, I may have had the opportunity to purchase. Things happen for a reason.

Saw the black bike while I was there - looks super clean. Does not start per Teem - waiting on fuel pump. A little searching on the forum and you will discover why the new engine, or was it rebuilt, don't know, don't care.

The above is my personal interaction with the bikes/buyer. Small community.

-Flaking Buyer

First of all the bikes are running perfect and no title issues the White bike was only ridden 1 season mostly on track, and when I was asked I guessed the mileage so ~2800 from 2205 and I have all work documentation by Teem Motorsports on both bikes.

The black bike had a bad radiator cap and fuel pump now fixed, and engine was to totally went through by Teem Motorsports and is ALL new with bigger TB and is why FI light flashes and the Vapor Speedo magnet did come out, and to throw water on this BS come and check the bikes out and ride them you will not find 2 cleaner Berg’s...

Funny no name was mentioned on the “flaking buyers” which is used when any deal falls through and to try to insinuate the bikes are POS AND I was lying about something and I told you I was waiting on the title I cannot control the time it takes the DMV to send a title out. AND for a never participating on this forum you choose to trash my bikes first Troll, so you’ve shown what kind of person you are!...When you deal with trash you can’t hide the garbage the smell reeks no matter what!...I’ll let the mods sort this out.

Yep SMALL community ✅

So... I'll take the response a little personal this time. My post was factual information of my experience with the bikes. Referencing dealing with 'trash' probably would upset mods of the forum for the author.

The author of the for sale post is mixing up the bikes. I never saw/heard the black bike run. The white bike has the blinking FI light and did not have a magnet in the front rotor, therefore did not have the correct mileage on the dash when manually turned on. Also had the bad radiator cap when I test rode the bike. Original listing has the White 2010 @ 2800 miles, title reflects 2205.

Attempting to sell a bike without title in your name is known as title jumping or floated title which happens to be illegal in every state.

I actually complimented the condition of the bikes as being clean and super clean.

My post count is zero -never owned a husaberg. Was optimistic to join the community, your bikes was why I joined as I intended to purchase. Looks like I will wait to the next opportunity.

My 2 cents -for the price of the white 2010, my expectations were a bike completely dialed in, no tire rub or chain alignment issue, working dash/correct mileage, turn key and go. Good luck with the sale, and I'm being sincere about that.

My opinion of you will not change I am not trying to get something over on anyone trying to buy either bike your Just being a Fn ******* period, and like I said after someone looks at and rides the bikes your Fn crying will be finished.

BTW I’ve already got 4 calls so your attemp at a defamation failed, so take your butt hurt and F off. Your just a miserable ******* who didn’t get his way...Get used to that nobody will gve you something for nothing and yeah “small world” and I’m a local in this area and know most of the Sumo guys and have a great reputation...You not so much.

Chain rub is because if the tire that's on the bike. Bridgestone 003rs are notoriously fat compared to other 160s. Highly doubt there is any alignment issues. This is common on most supermotos. The other stuff was minor and was easily taken care of. Both these bikes a very nice and well worth the asking price. Sounds like the flaking buyer had unrealistic expectations to me.

For Me chain rubbing the side of tire was caused by bad chain guides. Replaced tire and guides same chain and sprockets. All good now.

These bikes have some of the best chain guides you can buy on them. It's cause the tire is too big. It's really not a big deal at all. Go to a pro supermoto race and look how many bikes have some chain rub on the tire. And SM slicks are alot more narrow than dot 160. The chain rub would've been the very least of my worries about purchasing these bikes. The owner would make alot more money buy selling off some of the big money parts and then selling the bikes closer to stock.
