I have the same sounding problem that hardenduro had. My 570 has 240 miles on it and I have replaced battery twice thinking that was the problem. Finally after checking every conncection, doing load tests, voltmeter testing, we hooked it up to car battery and same hard starting condition. Feels like to much compression to overcome for battery and starting system. Only wants to start when piston gets a good long throw and is not at top dead center. I am really thinking that it is the same problem that hardenduro had. My brother has the same bike and has never had this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Is there a way to check is auto decompress is working or could this be that the cam wasn't ground quite right and needs to be replaced along with the auto decompress.
