2009 Rekluse clutch question

Ok so as it appears my 09 is now only a matter of a few weeks away, my thoughts of have now turned to setting it up.
I put a scotts steering damper, a bash plate, alloy radiator guards and a Rekluse clutch on my 05. I guess the alloy aftermarket parts will take some time, and not really sure wether I will need the damper, but if they are that much faster turning... maybe I will?

Anyway I guess the big question is how quickly can I get a rekluse clutch for the '09? Is the clutch the same as any recent Berg or KTM?.. or will I have to wait until they develop a solution just for the 09 berg?... Any thoughts or guidance appreciated.

KiwiBerger,

Your best bet is to contact Sutto. He is Australia's oldest Berg dealer (he's 85 in the shade!!- just joking)., and also the Australian distributor for Rekluse clutches. From memory they are the same as the KTM clutch, but check with him. 0247311173.

Ozberg

Clay(US National Sales Manager) has a Rekluse is his 2009, I believe it is from a KTM 450XCW-R.

Once I get my 2009 I will be dropping it off at Pirie Performance in NJ to make a carbon/kevlar skidplate and some other misc. guards for it.

I will also be machining a submount and frame bracket for a Scotts Steering Damper.

I've been told by Sutto that the innards are almost all Kato.
Pretty much only the cases are Berg.

Hi Kids,
Ozberg, Coastie you are both on the ball. The 2009 Husaberg will use a KTM 4st EXC style Rekluse with extra TC balls for a tighter engagement earlier because Rekluse found that the Berg is torquer lower down than the KTM motor. We will have the clutches arriving later this week. I also will have alloy bashplates early next week for the new bike! If you want any of these bits please call us at the store and have yours pimped out before the next guy.
Best Regards
Sutto
