Just so you know, the map switch is not something you can adjust while you're riding, well not easily anyway, but is easily accompllished by stopping and making the change as it appears from the .se site that the switch is bar mounted. It's a little switch with a plastic screw that you set a pointer or the slot in the screw to align with a number on the outer ring. Still well worth the $50 investment if you ask me.
I saw an add or article a while back where someone had made a bar mounted switch for the two map set up for the ktm two stroke, so maybe in the future the same folks will make a three position on the fly switch for the 09's if that's possible, as it may be necessary to shut the bike off when you make map changes I don't know.
The KTM 690 super enduro has the same type of mapping switch as the 09 berg as well.
