Check with your dealer about a TSB on the top enging mount or head stay.

I've seen a few posts on an Aussie forum about broken top mounts- and the fact Husaberg are repairing it under warranty.

If it really is an issue, and there is a TSB about it, how about some more info on it??

it has happend a small number of times in USA/EU when a '09 has been jumped at MX or SX tracks, it is now a standard dealer mod done when the bike is pre-delivered.

Not an issue with normal off-road use

I have not seen a confirmed break yet here in Oz

The TSB is copy right right protected, so I can't post it here.

However, here is the juxt of it.

Be sure the that the suspension is set up properly to avoid harsh bottoming, that is the main focus of the bulletin. Use the owners manual and set up the susupension according to the riders weight.

There is also a slight mod that the dealers do on affected vin numbered bikes to take a away a 90 degree angle caused by the maching of the intake flange. It's a very simple mod that is made with a 2-4mm cherry ball rotoary file.
