Another 2009 FE450 fueling problem. Put a new piston in after 450hrs, valves seating with no leakage, clearances spot on. Starts easily, then after 3 seconds it dies. Even revving it sees it dying after 3 seconds. Replaced MAP, TPS, Fuel pump, filters, fuel regulator, new fuel, new spark plug. Checked roll over sensor, that's in it's correct position in front of the battery, horizontal. Only thing not done is cleaning injector, but it starts and revs cleanly.....for 3 seconds, so the injector is spraying fine. Clearly I'm losing fuel pressure after 3 seconds. No FI error blinks. I'm absolutely hairless with this. Help please.

the fuel pipe can be holed under the fuel level. so the pump is submerged to grab the fuel but also you can't see a pin hole. husaberg dealers ahave an inline pressure measuring tool.
watch out also for the 'horizontal' sensor. it thinks that you have fallen off.

Fuel pipes replaced when filters replaced so they're fine. 'Horizontal' sensor is where it's supposed to be in front of the battery. How do I know if it's fukkrd?
Check the spark plug boot it should measure 5k ohms. They need to be taken apart and cleaned the tbreaded end can be pulled out with needle nose pliers, a small resistor will pop out with a spring. Take a dremmel clean off the carbon and reassemble. When they get real bad the spark will jump to the engine block you can see it in the dark.
Hello! Please help! My 2011 berg fe450 won’t start. I washed it and blow the water with compressed air. after I started it for 10 min and drive 2 km. Then I turned off. All good. After one week bike won’t start. Dash dead. FI no light. No blown fuses. I replaced dash battery. Engine is turning but won’t start. I put contact spray in all joint. Nothing. When I made a bridge from + to fuse 1, gas pump started and FI on but I don’t hit start afraid not to burn smtg. I don’t find power relay to test it!
