Most of this info is in the owners manual, but not the final ratios, which are sometimes useful for comparison. I calculated these to compare to the final ratios of an Aprilia RXV to post in a thread on Thumpertalk, so I thought I would post them here to to save everyone else the trouble. Of course, these would change with a different front and/or rear sprocket, but I used the stock gearing for the FE570.
Just a note: I run 12/52 and I can still reach 90+MPH indicated, so that sixth gear does come in handy, and that first gear is plenty low. For those who want to calculate their own ratios for different F/R sprocket ratios, the calculation is the Primary reduction ratio * the Transmission ratio * the front/rear sprocket ratio - for example, 2.3 * 2.57 * 4.0 = 23.64
Husaberg FE570
Primary - 33:76 = 1:2.3
Transmission ratios
1st gear 14:36 = 1:2.57
2nd gear 17:32 = 1:1.88
3rd gear 19:28 = 1:1.47
4th gear 22:26 = 1:1.18
5th gear 24:23 = 1:0.958
6th gear 26:21 = 1:0.807
Stock front/rear sprockets 13/52 = 1:4.0
Final ratios
1st 1:23.64
2nd 1:17.23
3rd 1:13.524
4th 1:10.856
5th 1:8.81
6th 1:7.4
