All,

I just checked the Husaberg.com web site, and feel as though I have just visited Egypt in search of Akhenaten's lineage!!!!!!!

All of the documents that had any reference to the 2009-2012 70 Degree bikes are gone.

The parts manuals are easy enough to come by on KTM parts.com, but, I am looking for all of the shop manuals, and owners manuals for each year of the 70 Degree motor bikes. Please PM or email me if you have electronic copies of these manuals as I would like to add them to my collection. I have all of the manuals for all of the Husaberg's from the beginning.

I had a look at the manuals I had collected - I have 2009-2010-2012 owner's manuals, and then only the same 2009 shop manual that has been floating around. Would be VERY interesting to get a later shop manual. The 2012 owners manual is noticeably different than the 2009/2010 manuals with a different content organization and a few different specs (notably a higher recommended idle, 1800-1900rpm iirc rather than something around 1700 or so in the llder books.) As the crankshaft parts are a little different in the 2012 parts book than earlier, I wonder if there is new and useful stuff in the later shop manuals.

Now that is a great job, if you could do it tourist it woul be great !!

You could create a google drive so we could upload the manuals to you.

I've been talking about it for a while, maybe now it will happen :bounce3:

And if Dale has a lot of them, specially the older ones it's an easy job. Apart from the ones the everyone has I've some 97 and 98 owners manual and maybe something more that I can scan. Also if anybody has some old ones but with better quality, also great.

+1. A Google drive or drobox location with everything Husaberg sounds great. Im currently registering an imported FE570 in the UK and Husqvarna UK want to charge me £120 for a generic EU type approval letter sent via email. Totally unreasonable and just leaves me with a bad taste for the new brand. I'll make sure this letter is available, so others importing won't be ripped off.

Can anyone help me get a shop /repair manual for my 2010 FE390 US.. would be greatly appreciated local dealer only has a CD rom version for Pc and i have a apple

The PC CD would probably work on a Mac - I can't be sure though - but I'd bet on it.

One thing - I'd be willing to donate to the purchase if someone's local dealer has a shop manual available on CD for a year we are missing. I am personally most interested in the 2011-2012 shop manuals but am happy to help the 'Berg cause for other years' manuals if missing.

(Have rambled about this before but at least the 2012 owner's manual is different from the 2009-2010 manuals - reorganized and some new content - plus the 570 "conrod repair kit" part at least looks to be different between the first and last years. As the conrod is kind of crucial it'd be awesome to know if the shop manual has any info or updated procedures.)

I'm pretty sure we can also convert the manual for Mac also if needed! Have some experience in that area.

Thanks no i don't have that ..i don't see a listing for the FE390 would the specs for the other bikes be similar ?? and would it cover the 2010 i have thats a 2009 manual ?

The 2010 and 2009 bikes are very close afaik ... and the 390 is proooobably very close to the other ones - good enough for jazz? until we can find the exactly right manual!

Hey there! I've seen these for sale on Cyclebuy and EBay ... would share if I had them!

Regarding the manuals in general, I've bought a repair manual CD for the 2009-2011 four-stroke models. It's a horrible copy protection job, which is a travesty now that the bikes are out of production - you need the CD in the drive to be able to read the manuals, and woe be you if the disc gets scratched! Can't print or copy from the manual either! And access is slow! I sort of understand copy protection but this is too much. By all rights they should release these manuals for free now.

In the interest of long-term archival of this knowledge, I'll be ripping the CD and storing it on Amazon Glacier, which should be pretty much bomb-proof throughout our lives.

Let me know if you need screenshots of any particular pages. There's a dedicated FS manual as well as an FX/FE manual. The repair manual looks to be slightly different for MY 2011 at first glance.

tourist, do you really have for the TE models?

dirtfernie, if you can't find for husaberg try to find for the equivalent KTM 250/300. It's almost the same bike.

No!, sorry, should have said it explicitly - I don't have for the two-stroke TE's, but for all the 2009-2011 FE/FX/FS 4-strokes (and 2012 I'd say given that there doens't seem to be a dedicated 2012 repair manual for those)

Cyclebuy and other places sell the TE manual CD!
