2008 FE550 clutch NO part # in Microfishce

I own a 2008 Husaberg FE550. It comes stock with a Magura Hydralic Clutch. I Recently broke the piece that mounts on the handle bar and holds the clutch lever, decompression lever and reservoir.

KTM Part number 59002030100 is the entire clutch cylinder and costs alot (over $250). I only need the cast metal part but can not find a part number to it.

(I ordered KTM part number 50302030150 but it was only the rear clamp. I need the front part that houses everything I mentioned above.)

indeed, both ktm and husaberg used that same magura cluch reservoir for a number of years (at least 2002 - 2008). You are likely to find the entire assembly for less than the replacement for that part.

It would appear so. That is a great price. You may want to make sure that you can return it if it does not fit. My 01 and 05 appear visibly the same, on the outside anyway. Could you post a few pics of the part before you install it?
 
I got part #06120349 from AOMC and unfortunately it does not have the built in decompression lever in the reservoir lid.

So now I need a way to mount the decompression lever. Anyone have any Ideas?

problem is when I go look those up, it is the same cap and lever on my old, that won't fit this new one.

Anyone know of a handle bar mount for this decompression lever that I can buy separately?
 
we have a cute little magura decomp lever on our web site somewhere. might even be on ebay.....now where is it?

you need to buy the cap seperately. you could still be OK? ask a company called Venhill here in the UK? send them a photo etc.

[email protected] and send a photo to her. underneath it will say the piston size as well possibly. try and quote the Magura number to her.

I already have both of those parts from my old unit in good working condition. The problem is that it does not fit my new unit
 
Husabutt informed me of this magura decompression lever. I bought it but it would have taken more work because it is not set up for this style of cable.


So next I bought a used YZ 426 decompression lever and modded it.
