Bought an 08 450 fe Berg and put less than 10 hours on it before the valve dropped into the cylinder, wrecked the head, cam, valve cover and debris dropped through the timing chain cavity to the bottom of the case... looking to buy used engine and just swap completely

I broke this engine down due to engine noise...it was still running. The oil pump was damage which resulted in rod bearing and sleeve damage...the top end, cam, valve covers, side case, bottom end gearing is all good. I willing to sell the complete engine for $400...the head is worth $250.
 
is the engine now re assembled ? if your oil pump went out wouldn't the lubrication to the head suffer ? continue with pm perhaps?
