Comes with required mounting hardware and already modified mudflap. It does have a hairline crack on the top. Even without sealer over it it weeps very little and is at the top so you don’t lose much gas. At one point I had some sort of glue over it that sealed it for quite a while. I think they hold 7/8 of a gallon. Maybe it could be plastic welded? $175 with free shipping in the US.
