Last weekend took my Berg from 1000 feet to 7500, I only changed the MJ from 188 stock -> 178, seemed to do the trick .... it ran awesome, no backfire, good power range ...

Question I have is , how do I get at the needle clip on the FCR carb?

After I remove the top of the FCR carburetor, see the slide and a blue painted hex bolt, How do I remove the slide to change the clip setting?

I have not found this data on the site, if I missed it point me to the link,

Thanks in advance .......

Open the bluepainted hex bolt in the middle, the needle is below it.
Easy if you just give full thottle on the handlebar, and the slide moves up to the top.

dont over tighten that hex nut back down and watch for the little spring and copper ring underneath the hex bolt that holds the needle in place. Real easy work, even I can do this.
