Best use compressed air to clean out the carby and then make sure that the Idle air screw is set correctly, as that can make it cut out directly when at about idle speed plodding and you just open the throttle directly, then such may stall.

Make sure that the rubber to the carby is not perished and do not over tighten that point to the carby.

So we discovered there is no spark when it stalls, then gets spark after a minute or so and starts back up....

Make sure you are running good synthetic oil and good coolant like engine ice. Makes huge difference in operating temp. Is this happening in tight going, i.e. low air flow through radiator?

you need to seperate spark from fuel. think of something?

I have a tool that you put next to a plug cap and as you turn the engine over it senses the HT electricity and flashes in time with the engine turning over. I have a spark.

when something stops instantly it is usually electrical. but as the spark deeteriorates there should also be a lot of missfiring...and you don't mention that.

cheers

no it dont missfire it just dies when warmed up no missfireing when cools back down spark comes back and starts right up till get hot again and dies
