2004 FE650 electrics

Hi All,
I only want the starter button and kill switch/charging circuits on my bike. I have taken off most of the wiring and all the lights etc. Just need to know how to connect the reg/rec to the circuit to charge the battery now that the wiring loom has been disconnected. Can any of you good folk supply a wiring diagram reflecting this simpler circuit or describe how to do it?

Most stators plug directly into the rectifier. follow through the harness and find the plug to the stator then shorten the wire harness. the output will be your dc voltage and when the machine is running it will output enough voltage to charge. your rectifier should also act as a regulator if I am correct. output should feed back to the battery.

You can download the owner's manual from that year.

Checking it, like I did now, you can see that you have 2 wires coming from the stator (ye , wh) that will put power in to the reg/rect, and you also have other 2 wires (br) that it's ground and (ye-re) that will be the DC power for you to use were you need it, like battery, etc.

I could draw you one, but I think you get the picture like this
