I need a bit of advice concerning my friends 'Berg.
Here's the story, my friend is not the first owner and when he bought the bike, it came with this strange hose coming from the engine vent (the vent had a hole and the hose was glued to the vent) to the right of the cases...
As the rubber parts were in a pretty bad shape he got a new vent and I assembled it today....
The bike started no problems, but after few seconds I heard a hissing sound and killed the engine. Oil and air was coming out through the oil cap....no biggie, I thought I forgot to screw it in properly, new o-ring and back it goes...
Started it again, worked fine for 10-15 sec's and all of a sudden it died. I step off, look around, and something pop's pretty loud...it scared me quite a bit 8O ....fuel off, onto the stand, a couple steps back....tank off...and I found that the vent came off from the sleeve on the frame...
Sooo, I suspect the engine is not venting properly and my first guess would be that something is wrong with the oil pressure relief valve..or the vent assembly itself...?? Any input is welcome...
