2002 FE501 Stator rewind no good?

Hey guys.

I got my stator rewound and now instead of the 3000 ohms I should have red to black, I have 1650 ohms. I feel this will decrease the voltage output to the coil.
Anyone in the know who can tell me what effect that would have on output?

Right now I have this rewound stator and a newly repaired coil. This is resulting in a kind of intermittent spark only when the bike is kicked over super hard.
Only very small signs of life (as in one or two fires) as far as igniting the fuel even when using starting fluid.
 
Hello. I rewound a stator of a 2004 crf 450 owned by me, now sold. The result was excellent. You need 2 things:
1) When you unroll the damaged stator you must mark the direction of the winding of each coil. Make a drawing on a sheet of paper where you mark where the winding begins (the connector where the insulated copper cable is soldered) with which coil the winding begins (put progressive numbers for each coil in succession), the direction for each coil, and where it ends . You will need to go to an electromechanical repairer who will sell you the copper wire of the same diameter in your stator through a sample of the old winding.
2) Now that you have the necessary it will take you A LOT of PATIENCE because you have to wind the copper wire on each coil in the most orderly way possible. If it is messy it unrolls or vibrates making the insulating coating peel off (that's right there is an insulating coating otherwise you would have short circuit and nothing would work). Then you have to keep the cable taut and tidy on each coil, until all the coils are complete. And I assure you that it is a work of many hours.
 
If you have low ohm it is for the following reasons:
You used a wire with a larger section and therefore naturally offers less resistance (ohm inversely proportional to the section of the wire)
You did not use enough wire, you made smaller coils with fewer turns, and therefore the total length of the wire present on the coils is less (ohm directly proportional to the length of the wire)
