Evening all

Got a 2001 550 in to rebuild after a bearing failure, just in the process of getting a parts list together

If anybody can help with the following it would be greatly appreciated
Mainly relating to interchangeability between the 01-03 Bergs and the 04-08 KTM Bergs

cylinder liner 200 241-01 = 81530005000?
piston 200 246-01 = 100mm 04-08 piston?
rod 210 191-01 = 80030015000 listed as not available, alternative supplier?
Counter balance assembly 80030057000?
balance shaft 210 160-01 = 80030059000?
timing gear 200 043-01 = 80036037000?
washer 230 040-01 not used with above?
timing chain?
clutch hub 230 006-01 = 59032002500?

HAVE A LOOK AT THIS SHAFT. IF IT IS JUST ONE DIAMETER IT IS A TRUE 2001 AND YOU MUST STICK WITH 2001 PARTS AND NOT MIX THEM WITH ANY OTHER AGE. I HAVE NEW 2001 ONES https://www.taffmeisters.co.uk/product_info.php?products_id=2804

A FINISHED ITEM. YOU MIGHT FIND ONE BUT I HAVE THEM. https://www.taffmeisters.co.uk/product_info.php?products_id=385 PEOPLE SWOPPED CAMS SO THE ALIGNMENT IS SOMETHING I ALWAYS CHECKED ANYWAY.
washer 230 040-01 not used with above? TOO WIDE. THE CAMCHAIN PLATES CATCH IT.

I'm sure if you let me take the worry of getting it right off you you'd get all the right parts and the jobs done. if genuine trade enquiry I can do something off for sure.....the walls have ears!
