So first of all I apologize for any stupid questions I have. I did searched the forum and online, but was hoping you guys can help me out here:
First question. I currently have a AC-10 rear on my 08 FE450 which is 110/100-18. waiting on the shelf I have a 120/90-18 AC-10 and I'm trying to figure out if it's safe to use it or not. looking at threads like this one, it looks like 120 might be too wide http://husaberg.org/wheels-tires/15856-shipped-me-wrong-tire-130-80-vs-110-100-a.html
I also checked on rockymountainatvmc.com, (they have comparison to the 09, not 09, but it's the same tire size according to 2009 Husaberg FE 450 specifications and pictures and they say 110/100-18
Second question, I want to replace my front. currently I have the S12. are there any better recommendations, for a DOT approved tire. heading to Moab in April so I guess it'll be a combination of rocks, some sand and (hopefully none) mud.
Thanks in advance
Mati
