105mm Piston - Group buy?

Hi everyone.

Just seen this thread so it may be that I'm a bit late on it. If by chance your still trying to make up the numbers, I'll register my interest. Piston, liner and head gasket needed. Happy to run at whatever specs as deemed appropriate.

Goose hasn't put anything up here since April 27th this year which is 4 Months ago..... not good! what is happening Goose?

I was having 105mm Nominal Piston Size (NPS) HGs made to help y'all but yesterday called off. should I have agreed to continue? I would like to sell 10 up front to recover some of the costs and hope that there's some sales later?

let me know folks. price 30gbp each.

In the meantime my 700cc bore and stroke job (102 x 85) continues and we do a dry build this week.

Had a number of personal issues arise and some unexpected deaths happen all in a row. Been a bit too preoccupied with that to get back to piston issue. I apologize to everyone for not following up or letting you know.

Sorry to hear that Goose. Hope all is on the up for you.

I'm personally not in any hurry, just wanted to support you with it ( and obviously boost the power to do even bigger skids! ). Seems like there's been a lot of work go into it and with plenty of experience it should be a winner!

Will keep an eye out if it goes ahead

you need to have the current liner re-nikasiled back to 100mm. it takes a really, really deep scratch for the liner not to be recoverable.

as for oversized pistons; madness. I did have a 102mm piston that might work but stopped work on that engine.
