I had a cold start issue,the dealer took it apart & put in a new injecter. then it started , but wouldnt stay running untill fully hot. He took out the new injecter, & put the old one back in. still wont stay running. he has created this problem but is unable to fix it .It starts right up like it should ,sputters then stalls but will start right back up ? Any help very much appreciated. Thanks
 
Looks like a faulty temperature sensor, the engine needs more fuel than normal to keep a cold engine running. Appearantly the ECU thinks the engine has reached operating temperature?
 
Its possible, but the ECU should store a fault code if the sensor is out of range . If the ECU is sensitive to input as it should be. The bike ran excellent until he "FIXED" the cold start problem. Thanks
 
I meant to update this sooner. Husaberg authorised another fuel pump & this has fixed it. The first one was another of the problem pumps. They also refunded all my money back for the dealers misdiagnosis. Its a little hard to start but it runs like a scalded *** ape now. So a big thumbs up to Huasberg for standing behind their product.
