Bill, I'm lazy at the moment,(for the search) ,I would look up Gilbert,W.Va, but aside from that, how do I locate a dealer in my area? I'm in southern Maryland. My KTM dealer doesn't seem to be interested in the Husaberg line.I also heard from a guy in Ohio just yesterday, that KTM and Husaberg are not "together" any longer, but that KTM is still handling the distribution of 'Berg. Is there any truth to this rumor?I'm kicking the idea around about buying a new bike for off road use. What will a short legged guy(5'7") expect from a '09 'Berg in regards to saddle height? I've never owned a 'Berg before, but have done some research, over the last 12 months. What's the average price for one of the off-road models.Do they offer a dual sport model?thanx for taking the time to answer.

Compmoto,
you can find you nearest dealer using this link http://www.husaberg.com/Dealer-Locator.7.0.html Husaberg and KTM are still very much together. It is the same company but operated as two different ones. Meaning if a dealer wants Husaberg and KTM, they have to apply for each one of them. With your height, we would have to do some sag setting changes but nothing major, they arent really any taller than any other bike. There is also the option of spring changes that are available through Berg. Some taller riders feel that the pegs are a touch high and that my really play in to your riding. I had never owned a Berg before I bacame a dealer. I have ridden bikes since the late 70's and honestly I can say that these are the best balanced and smoothest things that I have ever had in the woods. I could tell you all day what awesome machines they are but,the only way to truly inform you of their capabilities is to put you on one for a demo. The MSRP for the 09's are $9498 for the 450 and $9998 for the 550 but they have given us some room to work with...... Berg doesn't offer a dual sport model however, the parts are available... I also have some 08's left at a STEAL! Give me a call or PM me and we can talk more about things.

Thanks for your interest in Husaberg

thanx for the reply, I'll be in touch this week,or so. There aren't dealers for Husa in my area. You're the only one listed in W.Va also, none in Va either... What '08s do you still have in stock? I was intrigued by the new design. Although, it's been said to stay away from first year design releases... the new 'Berg is supposed to be revolutionary. Is it worth it...?
