09 Husaberg Scores a Podium in First Race!

Monte Frank takes a 570 to 3rd place in the unlimited class in AMA Supermoto! Not sure if its a totally private effort or what but we could not even sniff the podium last year in AMA Supermoto. Good to see some results so early!

They did 2 1st places (Saturday and Sunday) in the Junior category, WEC round in Portugal.

Way to go!

Monte Frank rode a Highland, just as the sweed Martin Lind who finshed 8th in the 450-class. Don't think there was any Bergs at the grid.

Monte and Martin rode Highlands in the 450 class. Monte rode a Berg 570 in the unlimited class.

Are you sure? The results say Highland on both in unlimited, but ATK at Monte in Premier class. But there seams to have been an other Husaberg rider called Matt Stewart? Can't find any pics on any Berg, but it would be cool for them have a bike on the podium in fist race.

The article SuperMotoMike linked to above says that "Husaberg rider Monte Frank finished third". Also, another guy on another forum said the same thing. That Monte rode a 'Berg in the unlimited class. We'll have to invetsigate
