114kg ?

same weight of actual models without estart. :( hoped less than 110

yeahyeah i know heavy masses are better placed etc etc :D

i would think you can add 8-10 kilos to that figure when you get it stood there with a half tank of fuel.

i have a copy of the magazine and just read the article. it's a bloody good advert for the bike.

it just says that it has one teeny-weeny problem - a slioght flutter of the head just like er! - katoooms!

but he reckons he was also the only hack to feel it.

all in all a bloody good write up.

8O

did you see the article's concluding last sentence about almost ready to buy one?

almost? what a **** way of ending an article.

having now read the whole article it was rather an odd way of ending it as apart from one very minor niggle about the handling, which he states he was the only rider to notice, the review is glowing.
TBM and in particluar his melbership can be a bit odd on times, but either way it is one of the most positive reviews i've seen on the new bike.

Hey, is there a page missing b/w 54 and 60?

Thanks for the scan and posting it up - mighty appreciated. its a great read!

Good write up indeed!

ADB (australasian dirt bike) magazine write up was excelent also (except the same old **** caption about Huasberg's reliability issues of the past, christ how far back is that??).

If its not allready on here i could scan it on also??

Azza.

Azza,

That would be great if you could mate - haven't been able to bring myself to by ADB for a while now!

Aww gee about only one 3 years ago?

Awww, Faktor, I knew you'd pipe up 'bout that!!!

Rojerk, gidday, havent met b4, I will try and get it scanned up or get a link to it in the next few days (y'know... work, doing **** that others couldnt, its piling up), ADB have been a little more pro Berg in recent years, maybe the new Ed will bring some fresh views to the table.

Azza.

Hey talk about unreliable, rode with a guy a couple of weekends ago. 3 month old 08 KTM 525 EXC, he had to go back to the truck early. My diagnosos BLOWN HEAD GASKET ! Well these new KTM's and Honda's just aren't reliable, like an eight year old Berg............. How many miles on all Bergs he's owned combined does Cheeseberger have ? all trouble free
Later
