06' FE450 Horn problem

Im all new to this forum and riding a Husaberg. I just bought one a couple of days ago and im trying to get it legal so it can clear MOT. I discoverede that the horn doesnt work. So I bought a test light and checked the to wires to the horn - nothing. Then I thought it could be the CEV switch with the horn button, but I have no idea which wire is for what and then the test light is pretty useless when I dont know whats supposed to light up and what isnt. So does anyone know which wire is for the horn or does anyone have a wiring diagram for the 06 fe450?

the horn is a direct red/yellow starting at the starter solenoid. it actually starts out behind the radiator and is about 12cm long so it may have been flicked back down around the coil area.

the idea is that it get direct current from the battery, then goes uop to the switch and the switch earths it and that's how you get a noise!

I have a bit of a puzzle with the horn on a 12 FE 570. Horn was not working when I purchased the bike a year ago. Did not bother for some time but thought best to fix it up in case the police got picky. I removed the horn and have a good 12+ volts at the wires when I depress the horn button. I have then connected the horn directly to a 12volt battery and it works as would be expected. Any ideas? cheers tony
