It's part of dirt bike ownership to maintain it yourself, unless you're a factory rider.
Bike cleanup, Oil changes, valve adjustment (easy on a Berg), carb cleanup, tire changes (hard only the couple first times), spoke tuning, all of that is part of the deal, it's easy to learn and is actually a good way to isolate yourself from the outside world in your garage once in a while.
If you're some kind of a millionaire and you have helps cleaning your dishes and making your bed, then I guess it's only logical for you to have somebody take care of your dirt bike.
