05' FE Light problem

I've been rebuilding my bike from the frame up and all is going well except I cannot get the lights to work the indicators work ok but the lights front and rear and rear brake light no longer work. it looks like all the connectors are connected so.......any suggestions on what I’m missing

The turn signals and horn on my '05 FE650e work off of the battery and the headlight/taillight run off of the stator. My bike is a "Euro" model and came this way from the factory. You may have to start the engine to get the other lights to work.
 
thanks, that cracked it. I would have sworn i'd tried them with the motor running. oh well only a few hours wasted :cry: DOH!
