So having decided to move over from an AKRA end can on a std set of headers to a full system I phone a couple of Berg dealers (UK) to ask about geting a used or new full system. Very friendly helpful responce 'yes got one around here some where will get back to you with a price'. Followed up as you do after a week and same responce. Now 5 months later I am still waiting. So where can I spend my hard earned cash or does no one realy want it? :D

besides the fully blown race systems by doma, FP and akro i don't know of anyone who has just a nice simple sweet system that's not all singing and dancing!

i have bought an arrow system just to see if it will fit a modern bike (it was for the FE600) and if so i'll take it further.

as for the comment - i'll get back to you, i hate it.

I settled for the Akro slip on last year after waiting for the Doma that never arrived. You may have to go to Belgium for that one. Unless someones got the connection. I liked the Idea of a full Doma system . I was told there were spark arrestors you could also buy for them.

Seems these are as hard to find in UK as the US tried a few more trade guys yesterday with no luck. Tried to track down Gary Grover via the web but with no luck. Any one know if he is still trading? If any one has a used sytem in their garage/worksop happy to take it off your hands.
Also spoke to Jim at Grays bikes which I discivered is no more. Jim is continuing to trade from home on Bergs and race this season. Top bloke in all my dealings with him. And he called me back even though he don't have the shop any more

Intrestingly Pollo,

Jim has the Doma on his and recons his sytem was puting out more that the akra.

gary is still in business. he's part time o you just need to keep calling him up.
