04, fe450e need some help fast

I have a chance to pick up a 04, fe450e tonight. What are some of the things (problems) I should look for on this model? I would appreciate any insight. Thanks
 
No real known issues. Look it over like you would any other 7 year old 4 stroke dirt bike. Over all condition should be the biggest concern (does it look like it was well taken care of).
