the 400 ran 35/27 and i think the 450 has 37/30 which is the same as the 470/501/600 (courtesy lineweaver). i don't know the cam as they have new part # codes and nobody has ACTUALLY SAID what they mean yet!
as the valves are usually seen as a rough ratio of the bore diameter and the above engines share nearly identical bore sizes that would make the valve sizes about right.
the exhaust valves are well smaller than the inlets to aid torque. however if you should desire more top speed, mr lineweaver at present has oversize SS valves for sale on this very site (da-da
!!!!)
as for the ports, well if you're asking you don't need to know coz you should go measure yourself.

Gents,
My 04 parts Manual gives 1 part number for the cylinder head, 800.36.020.044, and shows it applies to the 450-650. The exhaust header pipes however have different part numbers for each engine size.
The intake valve is 35MM, the exhaust is 30MM for all 04 models
