I don't know what the hell is going on but the valve guides for the 2004-2008s are way too loose all of a sudden! this is both inlets and exhausts. basically when and after being fitted, the valves wobble by 2mm which is why I changed the friggin guides anyway!
we also have a 1996 here as well. it has 12mm OD guides like the 2004-8s and thus falls into the same trap!
I'm looking into this today but anyone got an email address suitable at KTM so that I can burn their ear? :furious::furious:
for those of you too cheap to ever have checked them let alone think about changing them: could you please continue in the same old way. thank you!
