After 10 years my 650 SM is back up and running. It's running the stock Delhorto carb with Taffy's latest jetting kit. The problem I've got is it's over fueling and popping on over run, with the odd 4 inch flame coming out the tail pipe. Cool as this may look, I need to sort this out.
So far I've checked the timing, it's spot on. So I thought I'd drop the needle, but it's already on the last clip.
The bike starts easy and revs up fine.
Anybody had similar issues or suggestions?
