I know the radiator shrouds won't as the tank design is different.
But, I think the rear fender would be about the same. The axle clamps on the 02 are different from your 08 in that the 02 uses a smaller axle. The triple clamp on the 02 is different from your 08 in it's offset, but my 01 front fender works on my 04, so I would think the pattern is about the same. And I think the frame guards would be the same as well.
Did you find someone who is parting out their 02 or something?

All plastic, except the shrouds, wil fit all models 00-08. The shrouds need to match the tank. That's it.
