02 fe 470 compatability with 06 650

I have a chassis for a 02 470, and can get a frame and engine/electrics from a 06 650.

will everything bolt up??

What do you mean by chassis? Suspension and wheels?

your problem is the ignition otherwise you'll be fine. one uses one system and one uses another and they are incompatable.

You will need to use the same vintage front wheel with the same vintage front forks unless you can find some axle adapters. Not sure how the triple clamp offset will work if interchanged (just something I would look into).

Can the same engine/swingarm bolt be used between them?

the wheels are interchangable because the triple clamps are the same.

yes the same SA pin can be used.

just the electrics are your problem. ignition system. we had one member covert a pre 2004 SEM ignitioned bike to kokusan and the info is in the doc. If you were to run MX (no lights) it would be far easier.
