Hi Guys,
Just had a mate around who's bought an 02 FE 400...absolute prick of a thing to start....my 550 starts a heap easier...so I loked over it and observed the following.
On the decomp cable when you operat it manually:
1. It feels like the decomp lever is gonna snap of when you pull it in
2. There's 2 cable on the decomp acutator arm....the one closest to the front wheel seems ok but the cable furthest from teh front wheel goes slack when you operate the decomp.
I've done nothing as yet but it appears the rear cable isn't free enough. I've got to do a little work to the bike over the next week or so andI'll investigate further but I figure someone here will be able to give me a heads up
