Hi guys,

may somebody could help me.....I have some guessing about my jetting, but maybe one of you fine people can confirm this....

....lets´ start:

needle: OCDVR/7th position from the top
main jet: 178
idle jet: 48

The bike starts 3rd kick when cold.....refuses to start at all when hot....when I bump start it, it fires up immediately!....idle jet too big???

When I enter a turn and let off the throttle the bike pops a little bit!

....so, if somebody has some suggestions, let me know!!!! :)

Hi Bergie and welcome aboard.
Enjoy the site and enjoy your Husaberg.

Take the following with a grain of salt.

Arrogant, conceit, confident, whatever, such is the best advice I can give.

Sincerely,
Dale

PS
Do a search via UHE regarding said kit.

i have posted up some jetting settings for my tuned 400. the settings are in 'the doc' they will do for your bike if you start with a 168MJ you should be fine.

as 'the doc' states though, you can get the jetting 90% good but dale's needle does find you another 10%.

i have settings for the DVR needle there.

to be getting on with for now though. your bike is indeed too rich and the PJ IMHO is too large. i ran a 35 on my yam WR and i run a 35/38 now.

you must adjust the PS underneath for the best response when the engine is warm and do it by doing snap wheelie and acceleration tests.

regards

Taffy
