Jetting change with disconnetion of the engine breather?

Hi,

I just wanted to ask how much the disconnetion of the engine breather influences the jetting?
I noticed a noticeable changing in idle speed - can be set easy to "correct" again.
How big is the affect on the other carb-circuts?
Anydody ever checked this(Taffy)?

IMHO it has nowt to do with carburation. you have simply altered the backpressure etc. so just adjust the idle.

BTW, one of your countrymen (drehwurm -mikael petkov) is building me a bleed system for shock absorbers.

Austria is indeed a small country, but neverless: who is Mikael Petkov?
Never ever heard of him?! Where´s his location or shop? - but, hey I can´t know everyone...
There´s only one suspension-guy in Austria that I would recomend :

I´m very well aware of your expertise and experience, so I asume you´re right - as you´ve tested it?

But isn´t the backpressure created with air that has been sucked through the carb and then enters engine-internals?
So, in (my) theory the backpressure is a mixture of (hot) air, fuel fumes (burned & unburned )oil & some exhaust-gases ->
that get´s sucked (sorry - pumped) into the engine again?
disconnect it, and no change at all (expect loosing/missing the backpressure) :?:
 
you are venting the crankcase better i guess and there is less case pressure stopping the piston going down. drehwurm is his nik on ktmtalk.com and he's from vienna.
