should I or shouldn't I?

I am seriously interested in a 650 for track days.. go cart track stuff and just tooling around a little. There are some great roads in Central Florida for dirt/street stuff and I need to tag the bike to be able to get to them and enjoy my day without the sheriff going back to the barn for more ticket stock when he finds me. Mike Bergmans bike has been on Ebay and looks great to me. It has the full Akra ti and slipper I would like on the bike but needs lighting and a title. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... :IT&ih=014

Am I crazy to do this? Why?

The auctions have ended at 4500 a couple of times now and an 05 450 went out for 3k a few weeks ago. What is the right price for this thing?

Am I going to be able to plate it in FL with a Baja kit?

I can go ahead and get a newer e model and add the stuff but it seems to me that I will have less buyer remorse and more fun with a bike that has some dents on it already. Any thoughts on the stand or a dampener would be good too.

I just got this 03 F-150 Lightning and expect it will make a good toter for the berg

I don't know what the laws are in Florida, but in Arizona there would be no problem licencing the bike as long as you had the MSO.
Price is something you are gonna have to figure out for yourself. I think I would contact Mike through ebay and just ask him what he needs for the bike and go from there.

It's hard to really use the full force of the 650 on tight go kart tracks, but it sure is a kick in the pants on the street!
