oil in air box when riding hard

Hey guys
Went for a decent ride this weekend and struck a wee problem.
Every time i started to give it the berries for more then a minute or so my bike started to miss and blow smoke and when i stopped there was oil dripping from my side air filter.
It was also starting to get a bit cranky to start had to use a minute amount of throttle to get it to fire up on the button.
It was very very very dusty and i was to lazy to clean my air filters after the first days riding
and upon inspection they are very dirty.
I am thinking this might be the cause just wondering if any one has had a similar experience like me.
It does ride fine if your just getting around at a moderate pace.

cheers Doug

the air filter is your motors only protection from swallowing dirt , your other post states you are losing power .

sounds like worn rings from dirt entering in , i hope not thou !!!

check engine oil level , might have too much .
