I've got HUSABERG FE450 2008 and I don't know which coolant is best to use.

I've checked owners manual but didn't find answer

please help me ;]

I found on ebay: MOTOREX COOLANT M5.0 or M3.0 and I don't know which buy

thanks for help

5.0

Recommended for use in KTMs; 2014 and prior Street Models, 2015 and prior Off-Road Models

I have a 2010 FX 450 that was new to me a few months back. I went in to my local KTM dealer and they only had 3.0 on the shelf.
The manual doesn't say 3.0 vs 5.0, so I put the 3.0 in. It just says "Motorex coolant". I have since read about the 5.0, so I have that on order.
What do the silicates in the coolant actually do?

My question is if the 3.0 is going to do any damage in the short term? I have only ridden it around the neighborhood when the roads were dry. It snows a lot where I live.
The 5.0 will be in there before I do any real riding in the spring.

Non of the them is good for husa works on a warm country . Fan will be open all the time and if you have not fan temp will be over 110 c .

I have been using Evans coolant. Won't boil out. Have never overheated. Coolant in the machine is better than none no matter how hot it is. There is a fan on the machine too. 2007 FE550.

I use the same over 20 years with a 2 bar cap and an extra radiator ground wire to avoid electrolysis .Its the best of the best .
