Anyone able to ID this FE 570 connector?

I recently stripped my bike and I am now reassembling it. It’s all together but it won’t start. The relay clicks but nothing happens. I know I’m getting juice at the starter motor, so that could be the problem. I have a new starter motor which I might try to install tomorrow. But first I’m going over the wiring loom I found this connector pictured here. And looking at it it looks too clean to have been exposed and not connected for the last number of years. I cannot find a receptacle for it though. Does anyone have any idea what it connects to? I have two other bikes that I can strip down to see whether not they have the same connector not connected. But I would kind of like to know what this one is. Thanks very much for your help.

Check battery Voltage Anything under 10.3 bike will not start

Full battery, just charged it. I connected that throttle body connector and still, crickets. It’s weird. I’m getting NOTHING except the relay click. The fuel pump get no power, the lighting no power, nada
 
update: Rainerio suggested that perhaps my battery is bad even though it tests to 12.8v. so i set up the multi-meter and tested while i hit the starter button. sure enough, 5-6v while the button engaged. So according to him, thats not enough voltage to start the bike. So, thinking thats a very easy fix, i ordered a new battery.

while i'm waiting though, i thought i'd try to my jump start the bike with a jumper battery. same result, not action at all, just clicking. somehow, i dont think this is encouraging. while the battery may be bad, you'd think that the jump starter would at least turn the bike over, regardless of the health of the battery to do so....

could be that damn thing has gone bad to though. it was bought in mexico, the first one i bought was bad, so maybe the same here. no control at this point except wait for new battery i think.

just completely confused at this stage. is GOT to be something simple and yes, all fuses have been checked.
 
Update: this is almost too embarrassing to admit. A friend came over to help me diagnose the problem. He wanted me to prove to him that the motor wasn’t seized. I knew the motor wasn’t seized but he said OK let’s just check. So we kicked it into gear, and sure enough I could not get the motor to turn over. That’s when it dawned on me that I had NOT replaced the spacer in the engine case bolt that serves as the top dead center lock! I was almost to embarrassed to even admit it, fortunately we were only 15 or 20 minutes into the diagnosis. As you might suspect, as soon as the TDC bolt was removed the motor turned right over with ignition. Man did I feel like an *****.

Thanks for everyone’s input, like I had said earlier it had to be something simple, little did I know was it not only simple but totally moronic. Lol
 
Onya!!! Good to see someone that will own up to being human!
I have had really good results with Lithium batteries- first with my previous 990SMT- the V twins are REALLY hard on starters- and the 570 just jumps to life every time even if I haven't started it for a while.
Also go over all the earth points, particularly the coil mount- make sure it has no paint under it- and bolt loctited. If the bike's been sitting for a while all connectors woth a look, you'll never have to do it again- don't know about you, I'm keeping my 570 for ever- won't be long befoe they're collectable I reckon.
