PILOT AIR JET How you got me damned

I tried to correct a problem at 1/8 throttle (constant pace on a straight road) that has always plagued my bike.
I tried everything PS, PJ, NEEDLE, but it was just a turn around.
Then I started increasing the PAJ (PAS) and took it off completely this morning.
Now the bike goes with 1/8 - 1/6 throttle on straight roads or uphill without problems.
Here is the data:
Husaberg 650 fs 2007
Open racing exhaust without db killer.
PS 1.25
PJ 40
PAJ removed
NEEDLE OBEKR 2nd
MJ152
MAJ200
Closing PS from 1 and below the engine revs decrease and the engine stops with PS 0.
By opening PS the revs increase to PS 1.25 then they do not increase further.

"PAS removed (PAJ155)"

this makes no sense.

the PAS = how many parts of a full turn out is it?

the MAJ was a 200 and i recommend a #155. so the 155 is a MAJ and not a PAJ.

The hole behind the PAJ should be 1.55mm (I read this somewhere)

I'm not sure what you are doing but here is the truth of it.

I correct myself, the hole behind the PAJ is just over 2.5. So I edit the description. I am attaching a photo of the level of the flat valve, confirming that the idle circuit is ok and I am not taking fuel from the needle.

this is madness. the MAJ looks to be huge, maybe over 2mm.

In the pilot hole I see nothing......I can't see if open for airr to travel or blocked-off? It should have a very small air jet in it.

attached is a photo of a pilot air jet.
