Fs 550 with 17" knobbies

Just wanted to share my set up and it feels really nice on the road. Good grip on dirt and grass. No mud tried yet. Front is golden boy 300-17 rear shinko 244 510-17. These were n8ce and really cheap too.

She rides really nice-for me. Stable. Very minimal shaking without balancing yet! Over 80kph she is shaking more alright. Super easy to install, I used liquid soap and just my hands thats all!!!

So finally I went out on trails in new opened trail system at Orr Lake in Simco county Ontario. Singles are no good for supermoto. First gear is too fast. Steering bar too wide. Tires have good grip on fresh corest dirt/sand mixture. Even suspension was ok. Single trac 80 % first gesr 20% second. Need fan too. Double trac, wider trails were very good for me. 3rd gear 60%,,4th 20%,2nd 15%. Remainder split between 1 and 5. So this supermoto with knobbies is good on pavement and trails except single trac. All guys asking what is it. It was by far the rearesr, most special most badass bike out there.

West Virginia trails

Just came back from riding Hatfield McCoy trails in th hills of West Virginia. What a beast this Fs550 is with knobbies. Just need to set up suspension for trails and change gearing. Its so light, so tossable.

1.5 year later

After about year and half finally found these rare blings. Jewelry relly. I like it a lot. Now looks like 2008. Added led integrated blinkers and daytime running lights.
