Power gain with exhaust (+ blingbling)

Hello everybody, because season is going to an end, project thinking starts again. My 07 FS 650 still has the original exhaust. I ride only track/supermotard.
Now I'm looking for pros and cons for the following:

Akrapovic titan vs. double muffler exhaust.

The Akra is looking great, will bring +5hp power for shure, but prone to crack?

For a double exhaust I don't find any feedback.
Power gain bigger than Akra?
Not easy to install, daily maintenace more difficult?

Anybody into this?

I can't say what the BHP difference v weight gain win/lose is BUT it is possible to feed two pipes through the bike and the two tailpipes exit on the left. if you want? you just must not have electric start.

Hi Matt,

From what I could find earlier, the dual muffler system doesn't really aid in making more power so much (verses a single muffler). I think it's more the potential to be able to keep the noise down, as some tracks have strict noise limits. It does look cool though. I've seen some done with headers running either side of the frame, but it looks like the shock would have to be changed for one with the reservoir angled differently. Maybe KTM? I don't know. And yes, no e start.

Hi guys, my question from above will find an answer in 2017. First I bought an Akra for one bike and tehn made myself a christmas present: bike from german championship with various mods. A real beauty!
