What's up guys. Picking up my first Berg and I plan on using it for my track bike to replace my Rfs KTM bikes I've been using for years. Its a 2011 fe570 that I'm gonna covert over to supermoto trim with some of my existing Smr suspension parts. I know the old Rfs engines don't like to be revved due to the crank spread issues. so I'm asking ahead of time, are there any tips or advice that y'all can pass on that help these 70° engines last longer.? Is there something in particular they don't like, or are they pretty bullet proof and hold up well? How many hours are you guys seeing before freshening them up?.
I realize anything ridden harder will require more attention. Just curious to you guys advice ans experience with the 570. Seems like a great engine and a big upgrade from my old dinosaur Rfs bikes. Thanks.
