Help with choosing the right steering dampner to fit

Hi all,

I've talked to a guy who is going to sell his steering dampner off his 2011 KTM 250 SXF and am would like to buy it. But...will it fit? After hearing stories of mounts that cross fit and tales of "needing the specific mount" I'm a little confused and cautious.

The model he's selling is part 5928 B.

Has anyone used this part before?

What Brand? Scotts is the most and arguably the best the bar cmounts for most of these will work but the issue comes to the post since KTM/ Husaberg frames are pretty different I would be willing to bet the Post mount will not work

It is a Scott's and its an underbar mount.

They guy wrote this to me:
The stabilizer is the standard Scott ohlins?? Don't think it has a model number?? Sn. SD4260 119018 099
