no just tool the filter off. there is do dust in the snow so i run a pre filter only. better air flow.

the higher you go up in elevation the leaner you have to be. if your already rich at what elevation and your running a 175 main?
Thats what I thought. When I get up in the hills, 7000 - 8000ft. I realy don't want to change anything and I have not opened the carb to see what size main I have. At 9000ft it realy works good.travism said:

just type in your current mj and the chart shows you the correct way
Also consider, that the colder air has more Oxygen -> bigger mj

That's pretty cool. I am looking for a truck so I can then get a Timbersled kit and haul the result up to the mountains. It looks like this will be a good year for snow. We are already getting some and it isn't even Thanksgiving yet.
