on my 650 fcr i had a 155 main. how do you modify an airbox.. change the frame?

no just tool the filter off. there is do dust in the snow so i run a pre filter only. better air flow.
you think a 175 main is to much

I don't know why but it seems when I'm at lower elevations I run richer so you might O.K.

the higher you go up in elevation the leaner you have to be. if your already rich at what elevation and your running a 175 main?

Hi travism

Thats what I thought. When I get up in the hills, 7000 - 8000ft. I realy don't want to change anything and I have not opened the carb to see what size main I have. At 9000ft it realy works good.

hi,

in the carburation part of our doc you can find a very handy "Altitude chetting chart"
just type in your current mj and the chart shows you the correct way

Also consider, that the colder air has more Oxygen -> bigger mj

But take a closer look - it´s al in there...

by the way: i´m running a 148mj

yes its a mountain horse kit by timbersled. i live in tacoma wa

That's pretty cool. I am looking for a truck so I can then get a Timbersled kit and haul the result up to the mountains. It looks like this will be a good year for snow. We are already getting some and it isn't even Thanksgiving yet.
