Does anyone know if carb gasket set part#573.31.099.000 includes the inner-gaskets, there in the middle, if you were to completely disassemble the carb to get to the pumper jet.

Well, the manual states that the gaskets marked with # are in the kit, but the carb in the parts manual is not completely disassembled, so I will believe the answer to my question is no. I'm just hoping they may well be in there.

If not, where does one get such a gasket?

My carb seems to be warped somehow, I will upload a picture when I get a chance to illustrate this. I noticed the bike runs lean and doesn't really respond to jetting changes on the pilot circuit. So when I blew some carb cleaner through the pilot air jet, the carb cleaner dribbles out there where the upper part of the float bowl joins with the main body of the carb. Same thing with the main air jet. There is a gap where the two surfaces should meet.
I want to try and fix it somehow rather than just throwing the carbie in the bin.
The gasket there is squished to oblivion and I will need to replace it if I can get the carb sorted.

Thanks a lot Spanner.

Has anyone else encountered this type of problem? Possible solutions?
I was thinking of seeking out a milling machine operator to level out the surfaces again....
