Well finally I got a chance to hit some single track this past Sunday on my "new to me" 09 FE450. The past two weeks have been hard as I have been staying late almost every night at work and was sick last weekend. So every time I have had a chance to fiddle with my bike I was either buzzing on...

I'm building up second set of rims, after market brake rotor has no hole for the magnet
and was wondering if the Trail Tech bolt set up would work.
Or has anyone setup a trailtech speedo and...
Hi -
I'm currently in the process of trying to get my berg back to being road-legal and one of the requirements is that it has a speedo. Bought the bike recently and it was road-registered in Japan so no prob doing this in NZ as long as it has the right bits and pieces. Been looking at...
Hi All,
A friend of mine referred me to this site for trails. It's a pay site, it's cheap, I have joined up and have just barely scratched the surface. Thought I would pass along the resource to anyone who's interested.

I'm planning to do the Dusy-Ershim trail in the Sierra Nevada mountains. Risky1, who lives in my part of Cali, probably knows of the trail. It's usually visited by specialized 4x4 "rockcrawlers" and is probably better ssuited for a trials bike. It's 30 miles one-way and climbs as high as...
Today I installed a trail tech S-8300 stator kit. It comes with a new rectifier and wiring harness. The install was a direct install plug for plug. I had did my homework ahead of time. Trail Tech helped too. I had sent them a photo of my setup. Once I did that they were confident that their...
I cut the connectors off the stk speedo & made some small jumpers for a direct plug in . also notice the motion pro throttle cables. I know I need to move the decomp & brake lines .Works really well
I bought two 3/8" spacers & used two 30mm lenght bolts ( Brake caliper bolts )

Any of you in the Atlanta/Birmingham area up for some trail riding this coming weekend? Be at Highland Park in Cedartown, GA (Google it) around noon-ish on Sunday. I'll be the other guy (besides you) on a Husaberg! Riding next to a cute thing on a Yamaha TTR-125L.
Hi chaps
I just placed an order on UK Ebay for Vapor Trail Tech for $147 I believe US price list is around $120 so it's not to bad I think.
The only Trail Tech computer I could find here in Dubai was Endurance for $80 but they are missing the temp gage and RPM indicator. And the reason they...

We need a couple more volunteers to lead group rides.
Must have knowledge of Moab Trails and be willing to lead groups on morning and/or afternoon rides during the four days of the event -- or any days that they choose.
Bobzillla, Buzzard, and Velosapiens have enlisted. Interested...
I just got back from running the MCCCT. There were 5 of us and we had a blast. While it was a physical drain on me due to 3 months of work related travel due to work it was definitely a fufilling trip!
Backround:
Michigan has ~3000 miles of marked and groomed ORV trails. Everything from...
Does anyone have any experience with one of these lighting systems? I have been searching for a lighting kit for my bike and want something that will be sufficient without mounting two of these like you see on the baja rides. The pics show a nice product but sometimes the one in the box is not...
To my knowledge a 2003 SM bike has the same geometry as the others.......right ? My assumption is yes, being that, can anyone tell me what the rake and trail is for that year.....I want to get new triple clamps with a offset to "decrease" my rake, less chopper looking......the newer bikes have...
In a few weeks my wife and I will be going to Europe, part of which will be spent in the Alps of France/Switzerland/Italy. We're dying to do some riding while we are there and thought that the UHE site would be a great place to get any suggestions for places to go that rent dirtbikes or do...
